The Copyright Licensing Co-ordination Office (CLCO) is an industry funded office responsible for spearheading the work to deliver the Hooper Report's recommendations.
It is responsible for overseeing the projects within the different work streams, working closely with the creative and cultural industries to ensure that work is delivered on time and in line with what has been agreed with the CLSG.
It is headed by Dr Ros Lynch, who has been seconded to the CLCO from the Department of Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS) and who co-wrote the original Copyright Works report with Richard Hooper.
